Dancing with Pascal

The aim of the class is to develop body awareness, its accuracy, its simplicity within the technique and legibility of gesture. Particularly influenced by Professor Hans Züllich from the German school, from my work with the choreographer Pina Bausch and by Juan Kruz Dias de Garaio Esnaola's teaching, I propose a technique of contemporary dance.

Focusing on our bone structure in connections with our deep muscles system will improve our efficiency and our perception and physical awareness. In combination with different movement form and phrases, we will try to activate our connections between those two elements.
