A GAGA workshop, in collaboration with the Tanztheater Wuppertal Pina Bausch in English
Class with be a constant flow that will build and layer on ideas and images to discover and unlock new sensations and pathways in the body, while also awakening inner states of being. We will go in and out of structure and improvisational tasks, culminating with personal exploration with freedom to color outside of the lines, and feel GOOD. Get ready to sweat, smile & let go! Will be a juicy experience for the mind and body, and full of sensation, flow, fantasy, and physicality. All ages welcome and no dance experience necessary!
