Henning Meyer

Is an architect with more than 20 years of professional experience. After graduating, he worked at Asymptote in New York and HG Merz in Stuttgart, leading projects such as the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart. In 2000 he founded the practice Space4 GmbH, where he is now the managing partner. He has led on numerous successful museum and exhibition projects, including the Westphalian State Museum of Art and Cultural History, the Viking Museum Haithabu, the Schiller National Museum and the Jewish Museum in Frankfurt. At the moment he is working on the Museum of Industrial Culture in Wuppertal and the Geomuseum in Münster. In addition to large-scale exhibition projects, the practice also prepares feasibility studies, including for the future Pina Bausch Centre in Wuppertal. Henning Meyer also lectures at the architecture department of the University of Innsbruck and the museology department of the University of Würzburg.
