"I am Helge Lindh, my mother comes from a Thuringian family, was born as a refugee in the Sennelager and grew up in East Westphalia. My father is a real Finn and came to Germany for work. I was born in the unique Wuppertal in the "Kapellchen" in the Nordstadt and grew up in the Südstadt. This is my city, this is my home. I love Wuppertal, and that drives me to give everything for the people of my city."
